- Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room
- A valid government –issued identification or passport is required at check-in
- Guest may check-in at any from 14.00 on the scheduled day of arrival*
- Guest may check-out time before 13.00 (Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level)*
- Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 2 days prior to your arrival date*
- Cancellation or amendment made within 1 day before will incur a cancellation fee of 50 % room charge & if cancellation doing on same day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of night’s room charge*
- Reservation with no confirmation will be automatic release
- At the time of check-in we will authorise the accommodation charges
- A cash deposit Rp. 300.000 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check in for incidentals in addition to full payment room and tax*
- Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only
- Rate include any applicable prevailing 21 % government taxes and services taxes
- All rooms rates include 2 person for breakfast. Child breakfast charge is applicable for any child between 6-12 years old and will be charge to guest account at walk-in price upon consumption
- Special request will be process subject to availability at the time of check-in
- You may not bring the following in to our hotels :Pets,Pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding Any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purpose
